Modern verification and encryption methods are applied, and data is transmitted via secure channels. Card details are entered on a secure payment page.
On the payment page, you will need to provide:

● Cardholder name;
● Expiry date;
● Three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA / CVC2 for MasterCard).
The security code consists of three digits on the back of the card. After entering the data, you will be redirected to your bank's page for 3-D Secure confirmation (the code will be sent via SMS). If the SMS is not received, please contact your issuing bank.
● The card does not support online payments (check with your bank).
● Insufficient funds on the card.
● Card data entered incorrectly.
● The card has expired (check the date on the front side).

The data provided by you (name, phone, e-mail, card number) is confidential. Card details are transmitted in encrypted form only and are not stored on our web server.
When paying by card, cash refunds are not permitted — the refund procedure is regulated by the rules of payment systems.
Write a "Request for Refund" and send it along with a copy of your ID and receipt to info@hedonistlist.me.
In the request, please specify:
● Full Name;
● Order number;
● Purchase date;
● Reason for refund;
● Contact details.
Refunds to the bank card are processed within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the day Service Provider receives the request.
If a transaction was performed in error:
● Send a written request, a copy of your ID, and documents confirming the erroneous charge to info@hedonistlist.me.
The refund amount equals the amount paid for the service. The processing time for the request and fund transfer is calculated in business days.
